DILLONI wish to ask a question of the Chief Secretary of which I have given private notice, and in doing so I should explain that I have received a telegram from Manchester stating that no communication has been received from the Chief Secretary with reference to the distress among the school children in the West of Ireland. Has the right hon. Gentleman taken any steps to obtain information in the possession of the Manchester Relief Committee as to the alleged existence of semi-starvation among school children in the west of Ireland?
