FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland can he state the causes which led to the dismissal of the proceedings for sale of Cook's Estate, in the barony of Moydow and county Longford, under the Land Purchase Acts; is he aware that landlord and tenant had agreed to the terms of purchase; and, seeing that no one else suffered, can any steps be taken that the proceedings may go on?
