§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI am afraid I cannot give an absolute pledge on the subject, but I have every hope that the Bill will be introduced and passed into law this Session. Of course, the Bill is one which my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer has more to do with directly than I have. I was not aware that that arrangement had been made.
