HEALYI beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury a question of which I have given him private notice, namely, whether the Board of Works have only advertised the contract for the Donegal Railway in one Irish paper, whereas the advertisement has appeared in several English papers? Will the right hon. Gentleman see that reasonable facilities are offered to Irish contractors to become acquainted with the works to be let out to contract?
