§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThe sum secured to Ireland as the equivalent grant, at the rate of nine-eightieths of the sum payable under the Agricultural Rating Act, 1896, amounts at this date to £219,069, and the interest accruing due on the lodgments at one per cent. per annum amounts to £1,237.
