AKERS-DOUGLAS,) Kent, St. Augustine'sMr. Aston Webb, who in 1891 prepared the plans for additions to the South Kensington Museum, will be instructed to draw up revised plans for the extended scheme now proposed. Hon. Members shall have an opportunity of inspecting them before they are finally accepted.
