MR. CURZONI am unable to answer the hon. Member's Question; and may I add that though the Government have no desire to withhold information which can properly be given, I hope that hon. Members on both sides of the House will show some little reserve while negotiations are proceeding in putting Questions to which I cannot, from the nature of the case, reply.
