Resolutions reported from the Committee—

  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Agricultural Company of Mauritius Bill (Lords), the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Sheffield Corporation, Petition for leave to deposit a Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to deposit their Petition for a Bill."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Clontarf and Hill of Howth Tramroad Bill (Lords), the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, subject to the power given by Clause 48 to enter into agreements with the Dublin United Tramways Company (1896), Limited, being struck out of the Bill; also subject to Clause 2, by which it is proposed to incorporate The Tramways (Ireland) Act, 1860, into the Bill, being struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Orders have been complied with."
