MR. A. H. BROWN (Salop, Wellington)reported from the Committee on Group B of Private Bills: that the parties promoting the Norwich City Water Bill had stated that the evidence of Mr. Joseph Parry, of the Town Hall, Liverpool, civil engineer, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Mr. Joseph Barry do attend the said Committee to-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
§ Ordered, That Mr. Joseph Parry do attend the Committee on Group B of Private Bills to-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
