§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE ADMIRALTYI should be delighted that Belfast should have its share of shipbuilding for the Navy. Two firms there are in the Admiralty list, including a large and very famous firm, and it has been a source of great regret to me that this 1671 firm has not tendered for Admiralty contracts in recent years. Invitations have been, and will be, sent to the Belfast firms in the usual course.
