Sir John Mowbray reported from the Committee of Selection that they had discharged the following Members from the Standing Committee on Law and Courts of Justice and Legal Procedure: Mr. Knowles and Sir Howard Vincent; and had appointed in substitution: Sir John Kennaway and Colonel Williams.

Sir John Mowbray further reported from the Committee that they had added to the Standing Committee on Law and Courts of Justice and Legal Procedure the following Fifteen Members, in respect of the Solicitors (Ireland) Bill: Mr. Blake, Mr. J. H. Campbell, Mr. Carson, Mr. Thomas B. Curran, Mr. Dane, Captain Donelan, Mr. Engledow, Mr. Harrington, Sir James Haslett, Mr. Maurice Healy, Mr. Lecky, Mr. O'Neill, Mr. Horace Plunkett, Mr. Rentoul, and Mr. James Roche.
