HC Deb 03 March 1898 vol 54 c480
CAPTAIN DONELAN

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been directed to a resolution, unanimously adopted by the Youghal (County Cork) Town Commissioners at their last meeting, suggesting a provision in the Local Government Bill amending the constitution of the Irish Salmon Fishery Boards; and whether he will consider the desirability of taking the step indicated in the resolution?

MR. GERALD BALFOUR

I have received a copy of the Resolution referred to. The answer which I just gave to the Question of the hon. Member for Kilkenny must be taken as applying to this Question also.
