MR. GRAHAM MURRAYThe question of the liability of School Boards, who may be in receipt of Fee Grant, to supply school books gratis, is one which can only be decided authoritatively by a Court of Law. There does not appear to be anything in the Education Acts which lays an obligation upon School Boards in Scotland to supply books if claimed on account of poverty.
