SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether arrangements will be made whereby the Charitable Loans (Ireland) Bill will not be considered in Committee till the Report of the Loan Fund (Ireland) Board for 1897, which is required by statutory provisions to be presented to Parliament in April, has been presented and circulated among Members and till adequate time has been given for its perusal?
