§ That they have passed a Bill intituled "An Act to confirm certain Provisional Orders made by the Education Department under the Elementary Education Acts, 1870 to 1893, to enable the School Boards for Barnes, Brighton-and-Preston United District, Cellan, Heston, Llanelly and Low Leyton to put in force the Lands Clauses Acts."
