MURRAY (Coventry): I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether, in view of the large expenditure sanctioned for the acquisition of an extended area for military operations, advantage will be taken of the forthcoming manœuvres to test the present efficiency of the transport service by entirely avoiding the employment of standing camps at fixed bases during the time when the corps are manœuvring against each other, and by replying during that time on movable camps in their Stead?
