CLANCY (Dublin Co., N.)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Board of Works has agreed to allow the Dublin United Tramways Company to extend their system through a part of the Phœnix Park, Dublin; if so, under what authority has the Board so acted; and whether an opportunity will be given of discussing the matter in this House before the agreement, if made, is carried out?
