§ And also a Bill intituled "An Act to authorise the Provost, Magistrates, and Town Council of the Burgh of Paisley to create and issue stock; to borrow money in respect of the redemption of Paisley Burgh Annuities, the improvement of the Burgh slaughter-house, and redemption of annuity and discharge of debts affecting the same; and for otter purposes."
