§ MR. BRODRICKYes, Sir; Major Spilsbury has been gazetted out. No 1305 question of a court-martial was raised. Major Spilsbury shipped a cargo of arms in the Tourmaline, and landed them at Morocco despite three warnings from the Foreign Office that his proceedings would not be countenanced. Having disregarded those warnings his services were dispensed with and no court-martial was necessary.
