§ That they have passed a Bill intituled "An Act to confer further powers on the Caledonian Railway Company in relation to their undertaking; to revive the powers and extend the time for the purchase of lands for and for the construction and completion of certain railways; to provide for the acquisition by the Company of the Crieff and Comrie Railway; and for other purposes."
