ALLHUSEN (Salisbury)I beg to ask the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether the wells sunk on Salisbury Plain are yielding a supply of water sufficient for the daily needs of the troops during the forthcoming manœuvres; and whether any arrangements have been made to enable the public to obtain refreshments at certain convenient spots; and, if so, will he issue a notice in the Press to that effect?
