MR. CURZONNo such negotiations have been commenced, but communications are being exchanged with the Swedish Government with a view to an international inquiry into questions connected with the North Sea fisheries.

§ In answer to Mr. PIRIE (Aberdeen, N.) Mr. CURZON said the negotiations were entered upon, of course, in the hope that they would be conducted to a successful issue.
