§ LORD BALCARRESOn behalf of the honourable Member for the Northwich Division of Cheshire I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can arrange for the distribution amongst Members of this House of the Secondary Education Bill after it has been printed for the other House?
§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI understand that it will be possible to effect the distribution desired if arrangements are made in the Vote Office here. The matter is one for the discretion of Mr. Speaker, and I believe that if there is a general wish that such distribution should take place there will be no difficulty about satisfying it.
