§ MR. GERALD BALFOURI also beg leave to introduce another Bill; a similar Bill has been introduced on previous occasions when distress existed in Ireland. This is a Bill to provide for the supply of seed potatoes, seed oats, and spraying machines and material to occupiers and cultivators of land in Ireland, and for the employment of instructors in the use of such machines and material. The only difference between this and previous Bills is that this applies not only to seed potatoes but to the other matters which I have mentioned.
Leave being given, the Bill was brought in and read a first time; to be read a second time upon Wednesday next, and to be printed. [Bill 307.]
