§ SIR J. COLOMBI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty why the Returns as to the Navy and marines which were laid on the Table on the 8th instant and ordered to be printed on the 11th instant have not yet been circulated, although they were published in the Press a week ago?
§ MR. MACARTNEYThe Return in question was sent to the printers for final printing and issue on the day after it was ordered by the House to be printed. No communication was made to the Press by the Admiralty. The printers have been asked to issue the Return as soon as possible.
