YOXALLI beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education whether he will cause to be supplied to members of the Standing Committee on Law, prior to consideration of the London University Commission Bill, a statement of the particulars of such of the recommendations of the Gresham University Commissioners as the Bill contains provisions for putting into effect, such of the recommendations as under the Bill would be modified, and such of the recommendations as the Bill contains no provision for putting into effect?
§ SIR J. GORSTThe Committee of Council could not undertake the preparation of such an analysis, and even if they did, it would be impossible to distribute it before the sitting of the Committee.
