Resolved:— That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of any sums that may be required for the establishment and maintenance of inebriate reformatories, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to provide for the treatment of Habitual Inebriates, and of any expenses connected therewith, and also of remuneration to any inspectors who may be appointed under such Act."—(Sir W.
