HC Deb 01 July 1898 vol 60 c780

Colonel GUNTER reported from the Committee on Group H of Private Bills: That the parties opposing the Local Government Provisional Order (No. 10) Bill had stated that the evidence of Edward St. Aubyn, of Glynn, Bodmin, Cornwall, was essential to their case; and it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Edward St. Aubyn do attend the said Committee upon Monday next, at half-past eleven of the clock.

Ordered, That Edward St. Aubyn do attend the Committee on Group H of Private Bills upon Monday next, at half-past eleven of the clock.
