BARTLEY (Islington, N.)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for War whether steps are to be taken at once to drain and level the waste land at the Royal Military Academy, Woolwich, so as to make it suitable as additional recreation ground for the use of the Cadets; and whether the Board of Visitors has for many years urged that this should be done even before the present large increase was made to the number of Cadets being trained at the Academy?
