§ SIR WILLIAM WEDDERBURN (Banffshire)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, with reference to his statement on 3rd January last to the Moray Firth Fisheries Association that Her Majesty's Government considered it inexpedient to open negotiations with the North Sea Powers for the extension of the close area to thirteen miles, whether he would state the nature of the inconvenience anticipated?
