LEWIS (Flint Boroughs)I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) whether it is intended to introduce the Land Tax Commissioners' Names Bill in the course of the present Parliament; and (2) whether, if so, the qualification of £100 a year in real estate, which is now required in every county, with the exception of seven Welsh counties, will be abolished?
