§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThere are no proceedings pending in the Land Commission for the sale of the estate referred to. It appears that a petition for sale of the estate was filed in the Land Judges' Court in March, 1897, and that an absolute order for sale was made in July following. No further proceedings, however, as to a sale in that court have since taken place.
