GERALD BALFOURThe seven men referred to in the Question were arrested on the charge of firing into the dwelling-house of a farmer named John Halloran on the night of the 21st January and carrying away his gun. The defendants were brought before the Magistrates at Gort Petty Sessions yesterday, but were not identified, and were discharged.
