MR. T. M. HEALYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if it is proposed to legislate respecting Irish Loan Fund Boards this Session, or to take any action on the Report of the Commission?
§ MR. MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland why no report for the year 1896 of the proceedings of the Irish Loan Fund Board, and of the several loan societies under their control and management, has been presented to Parliament in accordance with the provisions of 6 and 7 Vic, c. 91, s. 7, which require that the Loan Fund Board shall cause a report of these proceedings to be prepared on or before the 31st day of March in each year, and to be 'aid within one month afterwards before both Houses of Parliament?
