§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADEThe Board of Trade have received a complaint as to the rates referred to in the hon. and gallant Member's question, and they have invited the complainant and the representatives of the various railway companies concerned to meet at the Board of Trade on Tuesday next to discuss the matter.
