Of the Monthly Comparative Statements of the number of Paupers of all classes (except Lunatics in Asylums, Registered Hospitals, and Licensed Houses, and Vagrants) in receipt of relief in England and Wales on the last day of every week in each month of the several years from 1857 to 1898, both inclusive; and, Statements of the number of Paupers (Lunatics and Vagrants included), distinguishing the number of Adult Able-bodied Paupers, relieved on the 1st day of January 1898 and the 1st day of July 1898, respectively" (Mr. T.
