LUTTRELL (Devon, Tavistock)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether postmen who wear the uniform of the Post Office, in possession of medals presented on account of service in Her Majesty's regular or auxiliary or volunteer forces, may be permitted to wear such medals when in the uniform of the Post Office?
