§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYI am informed that the Chairman of the Commission is now engaged on the Report and that the Commission has ceased to take evidence; but the subject is a very large one, and I am certainly not in a position to indicate any date on which the Report stage of the proceedings may be concluded.
