HC Deb 05 August 1898 vol 64 c271
SIR C. DILKE (Gloucester, Forest of Dean)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Government will be able before the end of the Session to give the names of the members of the Departmental Committee on the grievances of the friendly societies in regard to shop clubs?

THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Sir M. WHITE RIDLEY,) Lancashire, Blackpool

I have not yet settled what the constitution of the Committee is to be, and I am afraid that I shall not be able to give the right honourable Baronet the information he desires before the end of the Session.
