KENNEDY (Kildare, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he is aware that the lists of voters for the Carbury polling district of the North Kildare Division of the County of Kildare have not been published on the date and in the places prescribed by statute; if so, who is to blame for this breach of the Franchise Law; and what steps will the Irish Government take to prevent a repetition of such neglect?
