CECILI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will take any, and, if so, what steps to secure that children belonging to the Church of England in reformatory, industrial, etc., schools, shall have the same facilities for receiving denominational religious instruction that are now accorded to Roman Catholic children in such schools?
