HC Deb 21 April 1898 vol 56 c644
MR. W. AMBROSE (Middlesex, Harrow)

I beg to ask the Vice-President of the Committee of Council on Education if he will cause to be placed in the Vote Office copies of the Report of the Commissioners appointed to consider the draft charter for the proposed Gresham University of London (C. 7,259), referred to in the London University Commission Bill, the recommendations contained in which report, with respect to the reconstitution of the University of London, the Commissioners are authorised by the Bill to carry out, so that such Report may be accessible to Members, and that Members may be able to see what the Bill proposes, and how far existing educational institutions, professional and otherwise, may be affected thereby?

SIR J. GORST

Yes, Sir. As many copies of the Report as can be procured will be placed in the Vote Office for reference.
