I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he has received a Memorial, signed by 79 registered medical women practising in the United Kingdom and in India, protesting against the measures recently enacted for dealing with the venereal diseases in the Indian army; and whether he will lay this Memorial upon the Table of the House, in continuation of the Parliamentary Paper, East India Accounts and Papers, Memorials, and Representations, C 8495, 415, and C. 4802 of last Session?
