Resolutions reported:—

  1. 1. That, in the case of the London United Tramways Petition, the Standing Orders ought, to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Tramways, Nos. 1. 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, 3, 3A, 3B, 4, and so much of 5 as is proposed to be doubled, are struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Middlesex County Council Bill. Petition of the 'Padding-ton Burial Board' for dispensing with Standing Order CXXIX. in the case of their Petition against the Bill, the said Standing Order ought to be dispensed with.

"That, in the case of the Blackpool and Fleetwood Tramroad (Tramway Extensions) Bill [H.L.], the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that all powers to construct new Tramways be struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
