§ SIR MATTHEW WHITE RIDLEYThe returns from five counties and three boroughs are still outstanding, and without these the return cannot be completed. I am doing my best to put pressure on the officers who are in default, and I will lay the return on the Table at the earliest moment it is in my power to do so.
