MR. CURZONHer Majesty's Ambassador at Constantinople has not yet reported to us upon the result of the investigation that has been conducted by the Turkish Commission at Tokat; nor do we know whether he has addresed a Note on the subject to the Porte. I have no doubt that we shall very shortly hear from him on the subject.
