I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received a series of resolutions from the North Dublin Union on the subject of his proposed Poor Relief (Ireland) Bill: and, can he state whether in Committee any of these resolutions would be given effect to by his assent to the changes they propose in the Bill?
