§ MR. HANBURYAs the Glasgow Corporation now appear to think an inquiry unnecessary, it is, of course, also unnecessary to state more than I have already stated a few days ago, namely, that the Government were willing to agree to a public independent, inquiry into the complaints made by the Corporation.
