I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, as representing the Postmaster General, whether he is aware that there is a great want for a telegraph office in Balcarra, County Mayo; and whether he proposes to take steps towards the establishment of such an office?

The Postmaster-General has not received any application for a telegraph office in Balcarra, County Mayo. He will be glad to make inquiry on the subject, and will communicate the result to the hon. Member.
