§ MR. MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the Papers with reference to the dispute with the Transvaal Government in regard to the closing of the drifts on the Vaal River, which are to be presented to the Cape Parliament?
§ MR. J. CHAMBERLAINI answered the same Question a few days ago. I believe it is intended to present these Papers to the Cape Parliament. If they are presented to the Cape Parliament, I shall lay them on the Table here.
